Applications for the 2025 Program cycle will close on 13 January 2025.
Enrollment in the program will happen on an ongoing basis from 15 November 2025 to allow for participants to acquaint themselves with background information related selected technology streams.

We encourage everyone to apply as soon as possible! Including interested applicants who work at one of our many industry partners.
We hope to publish a comprehensive list of our industry partners as soon as possible.
For employees of companies that have an active partnership with Avatar Innovations, there is no direct cost to you, as the corporate sponsorship will cover it. However, participation is still competitive, and final approval will come from your employer. We are proud to collaborate with leading organizations to ensure that the brightest minds can benefit from our transformative experience without any personal financial commitment."
Partner Organizations:
There are a limited number of spaces available for individuals currently enrolled in their Masters, Ph.D. or Post-Doc graduate programs. There are also scholarships, while highly competitive and limited, available to high-performing energy leaders not employed by our corporate partners.

The Avatar Program offers an unparalleled opportunity to accelerate your leadership and innovation skills with a total investment of $5,000 CAD. To secure your place in the program, a 10% deposit is required at the time of application for those applicants not affiliated with a partner organization , supported post-secondary institution, or industry organization scholarship.
