Build viable, innovate and implementable energy transition solutions at lower cost, at lower risk and in less time than is otherwise possible.
Grow adaptive leadership experience in how to apply innovation tools across the energy section to achieve incremental and transformative change.

How does it work?
Organizations sponsor a project aligned with the business needs, and then work collaboratively with teams on the solution implementation. Organizations, teams and IP are protected under an NDA. Collaboration and training occur through workshops facilitated by industry experts, UofC and business coaches.
Modules cover business development, concept testing, and model testing techniques and exercises to build out teams’ visions into fully formed new ventures.
